Jet Fresh is my safe space! CJ and Pockets always take care of me up front, with great coffee and a cozy living room that makes it feel more like a community than just a flower vendor. Pinky, Thalia, and the Cash & Carry team are always incredibly attentive and helpful. Mike has built such a spectacular place and an amazing community around flowers. Mimi makes the experience even better when she brings out the popcorn, and of course, no visit is complete without seeing Sid. The visit always ends on a high note with their amazing carry-out team, who helps load everything up and makes sure the flowers get safely on board. Beautiful flowers, even better people, and truly one of my favorite places to visit. 10/10

I have had the pleasure of working with several wonderful people on the team, but I especially want to recognize Olga, who has truly become my #1 go-to person. Olga is absolutely amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and level of customer service are exceptional. She is always quick to respond, finds solutions when I need them, and takes the time to guide me on flowers and products that will work best for my designs. Most recently, I had a last-minute situation with an important flower order, and Olga went above and beyond to help me find a solution and make sure I had what I needed. As a floral designer and small business owner, having someone you can depend on when timing and product availability are critical is invaluable. Every time I visit, Olga is welcoming, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She doesn't just process my orders, she takes the time to understand what I need and truly cares about helping my business succeed. I appreciate the entire team and everyone who has helped me, but Olga has consistently been exceptional and has earned my complete trust. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and I am incredibly grateful to work with her. Thank you, Ol

Okayyy, I am literally obsessed with Jet Fresh Flowers! From the second I walked in, the ambience was EVERYTHING. It was so pretty, so vibrant, and just such a whole vibe. And the fact that they had a DJ who did an outstanding job?? I loved it! It made flower shopping feel like a fun little event instead of just running errands. The customer service was beyond amazing. The staff was sooo sweet and helpful. They really took their time with me and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they made me feel so comfortable. And can we talk about the prices? Extremely reasonable for how fresh and gorgeous the flowers were. I left so happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back — this place is a 10/10 for me! 💐✨
